1. Introduction
Welcome to Kati Car Care Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our mobile auto detailing services, you (“the customer,” “you”) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties.
2. Service Area & Availability
We operate in Katikati and surrounding areas, including Waihi, Waihi Beach, Bowentown, Athenree, Omokoroa, and Te Puna. Service availability is subject to scheduling and weather conditions. If adverse weather prevents us from completing your detailing service, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept cash and bank transfers.
A deposit may be required for premium services or bookings over a certain amount.
Listed prices are subject to the size and condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for larger vehicles or those requiring extra cleaning due to excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide access to the vehicle at the agreed location and ensure there is adequate space for detailing.
Vehicles should be emptied of personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
If a vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., excessive pet hair, mud, or stains), additional charges may apply.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
7. Liability & Damages
We take utmost care when detailing your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint chips, or upholstery wear.
We are not liable for damages caused by manufacturer defects or previously improper cleaning techniques.
If we cause damage due to negligence, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is in an unsafe condition, contains hazardous materials, or poses a risk to our safety.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
